02E01 - In Night So Ransomed Rogue

Shortly after Weller arrests Jane someone takes her away and holds her for three months. She escapes. Later Weller and the team are approached by someone from the NSA who tells them that she thinks Jane is part of a terrorist network. he tells them they need to find her so that they can take down the terrorists. She tells them where Jane is and they get there and question her and she tells them about Oscar and Mayfair. The one from the NSA decides to send her out to make contact with the network. They plant a bug on her but she removes it but the NSA operative plants another one but when Weller learns of this, he has Patterson turn it off. And Jane meets some people who knows her, who tells her who she is.
