The page ‘Support Us’ page: opensubtitles.com says I am a VIP. However in my Profile it says I am not a VIP. And when trying to download subs my quota is set at 20.
When trying to purchase VIP status, I receive an error from fastspring and am I am not able to purchase VIP either.
For purchases I have tried the following:
Multiple payment methods including (different cards and paypal)
for personal account issues, much better to contact us directly so we can ask you personal things such as order number and email address used who are not suited for a public forum
just write us here opensubtitles.com and tell us what email you used to subscribe on fastspring and we’ll link the subscription to your account
Thank you for the tip. I did submit a request using the contact us form after you suggested it. However, when clicking ‘Send Message’ the page refreshes and clears out the form so I am not sure if it is actually being sent. I did not get a confirmation email that it had been sent and haven’t seen anything in the past 2 days. I tried to re-submit another request today.
I also looked at the troubleshooting section. And I have already tried the ‘click here to fix it link’ but, unfortunately, it does not resolve the issue for me.
